Wilson's Farm Fresh Fruit & Veg is a three generations operated family modern agribusiness that specialises in the year round production of Hydroponic Fancy and Cos Lettuce; a range of fresh herbs; and our fresh cut range of Wilson’s Salad Mixes of Lettuce, Rocket and Spinach.
Beyond our farms produce we work with other professionals in the fresh produce industry to source and supply premium lines, quality produce with full cold chain and refrigerated logistics. These networks provide us with access to almost every available type of fresh produce, eggs, nuts, herbs, garnishes, mushrooms, flowers, foliage and also a broad range of ready prepared products.
Quality Assurance with HACCP Food Safety audited standards are maintained with our direct supply to our customers in the Central and North Queensland region from Retail Supermarkets, Food Service & Hospitality and local farmers markets.
